  • You will receive an email the day that your package ships with the tracking number and a link to UPS. All packages are shipped via ground and you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 days from shipment date.

  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our secure payment portal. We utilize the latest technologies available to prevent fraud and ensure the safest checkout experience.

  • Don’t sweat it. We understand. Just e-mail orders@chakproducts.com (or use the form) with your first and last name and order number and we will work with you to make any changes. We are glad to refund completely any order that hasn’t shipped. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied and will find the best way to fix it!

  • It’s easy! Just dispense into your hands, rub them together, and let air dry. In a few seconds, you’ll have perfectly coated hands. No mixing or shaking needed. To remove, just wash hands with soap and water. This is truly a liquid chalk made for fitness centers. 

  • Our liquid chalk kits include everything necessary to begin offering a great benefit to your customers. You will receive chalk cartridges, dispensers, mounting hardware, and dispenser pumps with every order. Just mount, insert a refill, and go! Automatic dispenser kits will require 4 C batteries that are not included.

  • We are a B2B focused company and our prices reflect this. We currently offer volume discounts for ourrefill cartridges. If you have a specific bulk product combination in mind, we can work with you to provide our best pricing. Just use the contact form to provide any product and quantity details and a specialist will be in touch.

  • Hand sanitizers are classified as a topical antiseptic by the FDA and requires proper registration to make such a claim. At this time, we are not a registered FDA facility, but can confirm that our product meets the CDC guidelines for minimum ethyl alcohol content of at least 60% by volume.

  • We are proud to offer $10.95 flat rate shipping on most orders in the contiguous United States. Special rates may apply for dispenser stands and locations outside the contiguous United States

    CHâK Products was established in 2017 in Dayton, OH. Seeing a need to fulfill a gap in the market, a dispensable liquid chalk solution was developed. Our liquid chalk refill cartridge and dispenser system offers a no-mess alternative to loose chalk and outright bans.
